My experience leading major oil, gas, refinery, and infrastructure projects at Saudi Aramco shaped my approach to leadership—one that places safety, quality, accountability, innovation, and cost efficiency at the heart of every decision. Managing complex projects, multidisciplinary teams, and strategic capital programs has reinforced my belief that exceptional results are achieved through collaboration, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement.

As Chairman, my commitment is to guide our organization toward sustainable growth while building a culture that empowers talent, embraces innovation, and consistently delivers value to our clients and partners. We remain focused on strengthening our capabilities, expanding our services, and developing solutions that respond to the evolving needs of the Saudi market.
